Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Your Ebike
Repackage the ebike securely in its original factory box with all components, including the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for a carrier to transport the package; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for signs of wear or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
